Tallinn (Day 2)

The capital and largest city in Estonia, Tallinn is located on the Gulf of Finland, south of Helsinki, Finland. It offers an interesting blend of modern, Western atmosphere with well preserved medieval buildings, walls and narrow streets. It is very popular with artists and has numerous galleries, museums and cultural festivals.

Stockholm (Day 3)

Swedens capital is built on 14 islands. Clean and bright, Stockholm has many museums that depict its Viking heritage and artistic soul. Shop for glassware and textiles displaying distinctive Swedish design. Spend some time at Skansen, the worlds first open air museum.
Attractions & Activities
The Gamla Stan is the oldest part of Stockholm and a popular attraction. Its narrow cobblestone streets are lined with beautiful buildings dating from the 13th through the 18th centuries. Today they house boutiques, restaurants, cafés, and clubs.

Riga (Day 4)

Established in the early 13th century along the banks of the Daugava River, medieval Riga is the capital of the newly established nation of Latvia. The city's strong German flavor, dating back to the days of the Hanseatic League, is evident in its architectural styles, fashions and cuisine as well as in the sheer numbers of Germans who visit each year. Highlights of the city include the Dome Cathedral and the House of Three Brothers.

Klaipeda (Day 5)

The Baltic Republic of Lithuania is home to the lively medieval town and resort of Klaipeda. This is the place to wander through the old streets and feel the spirit of new independence.

Klaipeda's main attractions are the historic buildings in the city's centre, from the 13th-18th centuries.

Gdynia (Day 6)

Gdynia lies on the smile-wide Gulf of Gdansk, an area Poles consider to be their Riviera, with gorgeous silky-sand beaches and sweeping dunes. Nearby is bustling Gdansk, a thriving city symbolizing modern Polands democratic and economic revival. In Gdansks gothic quarter, see medieval churches and 13-century Oliwa Cathedral.

Whoever wishes to experience the charm and the beauty of Gdynia is best advised to walk up the Kamienna Góra Hill (54 meters above the sea level ). The place commands a marvelous view of the whole city, the wooded hills, the port and the boundless sea. It is one of the most beautiful and first- rate landscapes in Poland.

Berlin (Day 7)

Germany's bustling, vibrant capital, Berlin lies on the flatlands at the confluence of several rivers and lakes. This exciting metropolis echoes with its poignant history, reflected in its blend of modern and ancient architecture.
Attractions & Activities
Some highlights include the baroque Charlottenburg Palace and 13th century St. Nicholas Church. The Berlin Wall, built after World War II to divide the city and stretching for nearly 103 miles, was finally torn down in 1989, but reminders such as the Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie still exist as haunting monuments to history. Berlin boasts many theaters and museums, including the Pergamon Museum with its collection of Islamic art and classical antiquities including the famed Greek altar of Zeus.

Copenhagen (Day 8)

The center of Danish commerce and government, Copenhagen is one of Europes best-loved capitals. Visit the Little Mermaid statue and enjoy Tivoli Gardens, the 150-year-old amusement park. You can see the Danish crown jewels at Rosenborg Palace.
Attractions & Activities
Take a stroll down Langelinie Promenade to see the heart of Copenhagen. It runs along the water from the port, skirting the 300-year-old, moated citadel near the celebrated statue of Hans Christian Andersen's Little Mermaid. The surrounding park is home to the Gefion Fountain, Copenhagen's most spectacular fountain.

Southampton (Day 11)

Explore the charms of Englands third-largest seaport. Explore Southamptons archaeological sights - modern Southampton is built on the ruins of ancient Roman and Saxon ports.
Attractions & Activities
Visit the Southampton Maritime Museum, which chronicles the history of Southampton and its significant role as a port for ocean liners, the most famous being the Titanic. Not to be missed is the exhibit "Titanic Voices," where visitors can hear the story of the tragic voyage in the words of survivors and those touched by the tragedy.
